Feel the thrill of harnessing the power of the wind as, with the guidance of our skilled crew, your team will be part of the crew to help sail the Tall Ship Red Witch! The challenge begins as soon as the ship leaves the dock as your participants are called to action to help raise the sails. Working together as a team, your group will work the sails, complete challenges and glide through the open waters of Lake Michigan!

Communication, leadership, and teaming skills are integrated to ensure a smooth sail. Learning in a unique environment highlights a team's ability to explore opportunities to enhance a work team's culture.

While sailing back to the harbor, your crew can sit back and relax or have our facilitator process and debrief the experience to help participants apply their sailing adventure to their work environment. Either way, your team will love this exciting experience away from the office!
