Throughout the event, small groups of 10 guests at a time will be invited to step into a designated space for a quick, meaningful hands-on activity: assembling care packages filled with essential and thoughtful items for individuals or families in need.
Each care station is pre-set for easy, enjoyable assembly. The process takes just 10–15 minutes per group, making it the perfect purposeful pause from the reception flow—no pressure, just impact. It’s a fun, feel-good way to break the ice, spark conversation, and turn happy hour into something truly meaningful.
By the end of the evening, your guests will have created dozens of care packages, made new connections, and contributed to a shared legacy of giving back—all while raising a glass in good company.
